2018 is DEBRA’s 40th anniversary. So I am going to cycle 440 miles in 4 days to raise money for the charity. This year James Dunn passed away after suffering constant  severe pain every day of his life .  He was always upbeat, positively minded and was the bravest man I have ever met.  He was fearlessly determined to make the most of each and every day in spite of what he had to struggle with.  He did everything he could to help others who suffer like he did.
