In order to raise money for Cancer Research UK I am hoping to ‘Everest’ Old Bristol Hill in memory of my godmother, Jo, and on behalf of my grandmother who is currently battling cancer.
‘Everesting’ means I will ascend and descend the hill until I gain 8,848m of elevation, the height of Everest. This challenge is yet to be completed on the Old Bristol hill and I am aiming to complete it in Mid January – the overall distance of my ride will be approximately 270 KM and I will be on the bike for 15 hours or more.
