St John is actively supporting ambulance services, hospitals and communities to protect life and health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Volunteers have been helping patients in the Nightingale Hospital as well as in hospital emergency departments across the country. They're also continuing the brilliant work they do 24/7 supporting 999 call outs and transporting recovered patients back home safely. These people are absolute heroes for the jobs they do especially given the risks they now face.

Right now, this amazing charity is stretched beyond measure and needs vital funds to help them continue to save lives during this crisis and in the future.

I'm sure we've all seen St John volunteers before, be it at a football match, a gig, a marathon or numerous other events. Please please give what you can so we can make sure they are able to continue to look after us for years to come!

And me mum doesn't want me to shave me hair so it'll be funny.
