Thanks for taking the time to visit my first ever JustGiving page!

The Sheffield cat shelter Cat-Ching needs financial help, so I'm running 5km a day for two weeks minimum, or until my body breaks, to try and raise funds and additional awareness for the brilliant job Lauren, Jasmine and co do for homeless cats in the area.

It's a charity close to my heart, because it's where I adopted my cat from, who gave me a new and improved perspective on life. Animals, domesticated or wild, showcase the most wonderful parts of life, yet they don't have enough of a voice sadley and need as much support as possible, especially the ones who are either feral or unwanted by former owners.

I don't have a target or require a minimum amount, but anything you can give I'll be greatful for. Or better still, if you're thinking of getting a pet cat, check out the shelter before considering a pedigree, who let's face it, are mostly bred for profit. There are estimated to be 250,000 cats living stray in the UK, and most would like a home.
