Head Up’s vision is to stem the increasing number of suicides within the military community by empowering people to turn things around before their issues have the chance to become life-threatening. They are doing this by creating a unique, holistic countryside retreat that removes the existing barriers to getting the right help.

Anyone who knows me, knows the challenges that I have faced with my own mental health. Too many veterans are dying by suicide and the tide needs to turn. Head Up are finding new ways to do exactly that. This is a small way for me to give something back to a cause (and the people) that I care about deeply.
