SOSAD Ireland are a community based organisation that are dedicated to helping people who may be struggling with depression or considering taking their own life. They also offer bereavement support to families in the aftermath of a suicide. In the run up to Christmas this year I am fundraising on their behalf. Shave or Dye is the theme and I encourage others to get involved! I will be doing the shaving/dying on Christmas Day!

The people who work on the behalf of this organisation are true heroes and due to the COVID pandemic and subsequent lockdowns their community support is needed now more than ever.
