Hello everyone,

My 8 year old son Archie, is walking 6 miles through Runnymede on Saturday 19th June, to raise money for children at Shooting Star Children's Hospices.

Shooting Star Children's Hospices provide vital care for babies, children and young people, with a life-limiting condition and offer invaluable support to their whole family. 

As well as respite care and lots of activities for the children to get involved with, they are there when the time comes to ensure that end of life care is sensitively provided, to give the family a chance to say goodbye in their own way. They also provide an extensive range of counselling, therapies and support groups for the whole family.
