Ben's Half Ironman triathlon
Ben Thorne is raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support

Story
I think we all sadly have someone close to us who has been affected by Cancer - by donating to MacMillan we will all be making a small difference to help support people we care about!
So just to give some context the half ironman consists of 3 stages...
- a 1.9km swim (80 lengths of a 25 metre pool)
- 90km cycle (to and from Bristol temple meads - Bath Spa station 5 times)
- Half marathon
... so based on that a swim like a brick, I will need all the support I can get! Any one with any tips or pointers, feel free to send them my way!
