Cafod is a charity I greatly admire, with a long-established record for helping the most needy in the poorest countries on our shared planet. In tandem with their Corona virus work they  are also  very active trying to cancel the burden of debt in these places at this especially challenging time. Their  knowledge and experience gained from  fighting Ebola has come in handy and they  are now flat out on a mission  to provide clean water, hand washing facilities and training to communities. Whatever you can afford to donate, it will give me extra wind in my sails as I conquer the 70 miles up and down the hills to Chichester; your gift will make a significant difference to this crisis response as we stand alongside our brothers and sisters.
