On Sunday 25th of August Cat Smith and Ben Cox will be cycling around the coast of Wales plus a bit extra. We are going to try and cycle 1000 miles in 5 days ... unsupported ... to raise money for Nightingale House Hospice. All money that we raise will go directly to the Hospice.
