Story
Not going to pretend like a half marathon is the toughest thing in the world but imagining me, red-faced, coughing and spluttering round the most beautiful parks in London on a grey Sunday in October has to be worth a few bob. Did I mention it is for a fantastic cause - something I certainly overlook when someone is mourning the loss of a close friend or relative.
Grief Encounter supports children, young people and families who are experiencing mild to moderate difficulties caused by the death of someone close. They also take enquiries and provide schools and professionals with advice and talks.
Please give as much or as little as you can, it all helps!
