I’m Freddie Blackwall and I am 8 years old. I have chosen to do a triathlon to raise money for Stratford upon Avon Food Bank as I’d really like to help those in need at the moment. The triathlon will be the length of the English Channel - 21 miles - and I will be rowing 🚣‍♀️ for 5 miles, cycling 🚴‍♀️ for 11 miles and running 🏃‍♂️ for 5 miles. 

I am aiming to complete this challenge within 7 days.
