Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have chosen to raise funds for Alzheimers Research UK as all of us have relatives, friends or close family members who will be impacted by dementia. 

Dementia impacts the very core of who we are, connection to the world, the people we love, the memories we cherish. With dementia, we slowly lose these. 

Last November I decided to get fit and to start running initially by doing couch to 5k and have not stopped running since. A personal challenge is to run the London Marathon. 

I am doing the following events in 2023 and have joined team #TeamARUK 

* Brighton half marathon - 26th Feb. 

* Moyleman Marathon - 12th March, Lewes trail marathon 

Moyleman is a challenging South Downs run, around the beautiful hills that surround the town of Lewes. (Blackcap, Kingston Ridge, Firl Beacon, Bo-Peep & Mount Caburn.)

* London Marathon - 23rd April
