Hello! My name is Benjamin Danesh and I am 10 years old. 

Recently I had an appendectomy at Addenbrooke's hospital. I am extremely grateful to all the nurses (in ward D2) and doctors who took such great care of me. I would like to raise additional funds for the ultrasound department, as they helped confirm my diagnosis and ensured that I had surgery before my appendix ruptured.
