Update 01/06/14:

I have completed my trans-American cycle ride from Miami, Florida to San Francisco, California, many thanks for all your generous donations!  It was a fantastic experience and one I will probably never get to repeat. I feel so blessed with the people I met along the way offering me accommodation, showers, laundry, food, drinks, dough nuts and COFFEE.

This March I will be doing a 3500 mile sponsored cycle ride from Miami to San Francisco. The trip, as usual, will be self funded so all your donations go directly to the charities!

I am raising money for a charity that is very close to my heart and does fantastic work through local project/agencies with many children who are abused, trafficked, orphanded and/or destitue. No child deserves this but what I do think they deserve is for those who have a great deal to help those with nothing...

In memory of my best friend/big brother who died suddenly from a fatal heart attack at 37 years. He was a FANATICAL cyclist and had already achieved some spectacular feats on two wheels. He would have loved to jog, cycle and kayak with me on all my upcoming adventures and hope this fund raising honours his life, love and his legacy.

Philippians 4:13

I can do all things through him who strengthens me
