On the 29th May 2016 our twins James and Esme were born 10 weeks early, sadly our son james gained his angel wings an hour after they were born. Unfortunately scunthorpe general hospital don't have a bereavement room where myself, my wife and our family could go. Instead we were taken to the delivery suite where we could hear other mums in labour and once my wife had recovered we were taken to a private room on the maternity ward where we were regulary greeted by happy new parents and their new babies which for us was devastating. Although we had as much time with our son as we needed it would of been nice to have had a quiet, friendly room to have made those precious memories.
