In July 2011 i ended up very ill and in Eastbourne DGH I.T.U.After sometime i was transferred to Glenside neurological rehabilitation and it was there that i got the determination to get my life back.Since September 2011 from not standing more than 5mins to doing the Hastings half marathon  in March 2012 to raise money for the DGH and then in March 2014 to help raise money with the For Connor team.

In all honesty i wanted to walk back to Eastbourne from Glenside on discharge but had too much stuff and had contemplated walking back to Salisbury since leaving there but life always seemed to get in the way so cycling along the south downs way then the Clarendon way i hope to fit in around 140 miles bike ride and raise some money for the Ickle pickles.Hopefully i can achieve this in a day but more likely two days so taking the rucksack and tent.I would be massively grateful for any sponsorship to this great cause who help give parents precious time with their little angels.
