This Autumn, I will be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon and raising funds for a vital cause. Thank you in advance for supporting my huge challenge and donating whatever you can, it will make a massive difference.

Over the last few years we have probably all seen the awareness of autism in society grow to a whole new level, leading to a lot of people, who look back over their lives, recognising the patterns that suggest they may also be autistic.

This is a good thing, I believe; but it does put strain on an already underfunded support system.

I have not had a diagnosis, but I relate to many of the struggles of those who have. I am also fortunate to have a strong support network, meaning the impact of those struggle is lessened, greatly.
