After completing London Olympic distance Triathlon 2021, and Cotswolds 113 Half Ironman Triathlon in June 2022, we are going all out for 2023. 

On 18th June 2023, my friends (Rory and Tommy) and I will be competing in our first ever Ironman race - Ironman Karnten-Klagenfurt (Austria) race. 

Additionally, I have been fortunate enough to have been accepted into the London Marathon 2023 on 23rd April 2023, through the ballot.

We are competing in these races for MS Society. The reason for this, is that on 5th November 2022, I myself was diagnosed with the auto-immune disease. I am excited to be raising money for this charity that has significant meaning for myself. 

With that being said, I will not let the MS define me. To quote my good friend Barnaba "Rainbow" Kipkoech (winner of the 2022 Malaga Marathon), and a multi-billion dollar sportswear brand - Impossible is Nothing
