Youth Development are taking 12 of our young leaders on an expedition to the Discovery Centre in Uganda in early August 2020. We have an exciting itinerary, including supporting local school children and experiencing different aspects of the culture.

I earned my place as I have completed a NAYC youth Leadership course whilst volunteering as a Young Leader with our Cub Section at 1st Sywell Air Scouts. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I am looking forward to working with local children and experiencing the new cultures of a foreign country and giving something back to the local children. I will be working hard to try to raise the money to be able to go on this trip.
