Story

Hi All,

July of this year will see myself and 4 friends brave serious chafing, blisters, sores, sleepless nights camping, hill climbs and crashing as we undertake a 700 mile (depending on how often we get lost!!) bike ride from London to Geneva.

We are going to try and do the ride in 8 days, which takes into account the small hills in the way during the last couple of days as we cross the Swiss border and we are travelling completely self sufficiently.

Of course we are not undertaking this trip simply to satisfy my lycra fetish, but with the intention of raising as much money as is humanly possible for a fantastic cause - Special Kids in the UK. This is a cause which holds particular importance to myself and others close to me, and is one designated fund for the charity www.lucy-mai.co.uk . Please visit the web-site link for further details and to understand just how important it is to raise as much as possible for such a valuable cause.

Many thanks to everyone for their kind donations!!

Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
