As with a lot of people, Alzheimer's and dementia is a subject close to our hearts currently. I am once again, stopping drinking for the month of January to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's Society and to improve my own personal fitness. 

Any donations would be very much appreciated and as usual should I decide to stop Dry January during the month I will match the raised funds £4£
