I am running the Berlin Marathon on September 29th 2024 in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. It is the 50th anniversary of the Berlin Marathon and also my 50th birth year

I am aiming to raise awareness to the symptoms and in particular to the over 50s who are more susceptible to it

The chances of developing prostate cancer increase as you get older. Most cases develop in men aged 50 or older.

1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with Prostate Cancer so knowing the signs/ symptoms will help it being diagnosed early
