Hi all,

This September I am running the Berlin marathon for my wonderful niece Winnie. As many of you know, Winnie has a lifelong condition which affects everything she does.

She is definitely a unique character!

I am raising money and awareness of her very rare type of Osteogenesis Imperfecta to help her in any way I can.

Your continued support has been phenomenal, and I am so so grateful for all donations. To say I'm not looking forward to running 26.2miles is an understatement! It actually makes me feel sick thinking about it as I know how difficult it is.

But.

Is it going to be as hard as breaking and fracturing bones every day? No. No way near. And it's the thought of my darling Winnie's resilience and courage that will not only see me through, but push everything I have to run at a decent time.
