I am running to remember the victims of the Srebrenica and to bear witness to the genocide.

I travelled to Bosnia-Herzegovina with ‘Remember Srebrenica’ and the experience has lived with me since.

It is over two decades since the genocide took place but the shocking sectarian hate which formented that crime continues to resonate beyond the borders of Bosnia. This charity is involved in the construction of a resource center to raise awareness of the genocide and to teach people the consequences of hatred if left unchecked.  I would like to support that work.
