Bupa Great North Run 2011 · 18 September 2011 ·

Yorkshire Waterways Museum is part of The Sobriety Project, a social inclusion charity using the waterways for learning and regeneration.

Story

I am a Trustee of the Sobriety Project and have strong family links with Goole back to 1840 when the port and town were established.

I am running the Great North Run in support of the Sobriety Project which needs financial help in order to continue the important work it undertakes in helping disadvantaged people.  If 100 people give £10 each I will achieve my target. Please pass on details of my Just Giving page to your family and friends.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
