We want to celebrate the two decades of health and life that Charis and Zoe have enjoyed, since they more than survived the life-threatening 'twin-to-twin-transfusion syndrome' diagnosis back in the millennium year when we discovered that we were expecting twins. Nearly twenty years on, it is time to reflect, give thanks, and find a way to help others in a similar position to the one we found ourselves in back then.
