Let the penance commence! 

Over the coming weeks and months I will be looking to atone for my sinful, egotistical and ultimately self destructive and generally Johnny Bravo'esque lifestyle by volunteering with the VSO ICS programme in Zvishavane, Zimbabwe to help combat HIV/AIDS in the area. 

Over the coming weeks and months I will endure a series of  tests, trials and torments in an attempt to earn my penance. I will document these via blog, and keep an account of the ups and downs my pursuit of a meaningful existence might bring.
