THE RUN DOWN....We are two teens who want to do something special and try to make a difference to other peoples lives. Our main focus is a local charity, FOAG was created to help those in rural Uganda develop socially and economically by focusing on Education, Medication, Agriculture and Community. Some of the areas FOAG focuses on are often ignored by larger charity groups which is why we need your help. To raise awareness and help spread the word we are walking 300miles across Wales over a month, stopping in various places to raise money whilst having fun, eating and sleeping!
