We're running the Colchester Half Marathon in part as a challenge for ourselves and in part to support the Colchester-based Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre.  We've been training hard and are hoping for great weather on the day, but we will be running rain or shine!

Rob ran two half marathons last year and Beth ran one in Appleton, Wisconsin in 2008, but this will be our first time running a half marathon together.  We hope you will support us as we run for this great cause!
