Hi!

As someone who's never been able to run more than 5k, when the opportunity arose to sign myself up for the London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of Home-Start UK, I'm not sure if it was more of a temporary moment of madness, or the overwhelming urge to challenge and push myself all for a good cause that got me to put my name down for it.

Training has officially begun! I'm pretty much starting from scratch but feel so determined to do this in the hopes of raising money for such an invaluable cause.

'Home-Start is a local community network of trained volunteers and expert support helping families with young children through their challenging times. We are there for parents when they need us the most because childhood can’t wait.'
