Throughout January we will be running every day to raise money for the charity MIND. MIND is a mental health charity that does a mixture of things:

1. Provides information to people who need it, either via a confidential help line, through legal line or through publications and their website

2. Campaigns for change cross legislation, employment and legal rights

3. Provides proessional training to support people with Mental Health First Aid
