This 'virtual' challenge will involve me climbing 16,710 steps over the next month - the total number of steps to the summits of the UK national three peaks.

Scafell Pike - 6,180

Snowdon - 7,120

Ben Nevis - 8,810

This would equal 1,286 ascents on my stairs at home. So, to save wearing out the carpet, I'll be doing it in my local park instead. This means it'll also involve a two mile run each time I complete an installment.
