During the COVID 19 pandemic, suicide and mental health rates have increased dramatically. It’s more important than ever to reach out for support. I’ve decided to raise money for The Jacob Abraham Foundation by completing walking the equivalent of the Welsh coastline.
The JAF are a Cardiff based charity that raise awareness of mental health/suicide issues as well as offer support for families who have been bereaved by suicide.

Any donations will be hugely appreciated and will go directly to a small, local charity who are dedicated to improving Wales’ mental health services and supporting those who have been bereaved.
