Oh cripes alive - a few months ago, I was talked into joining a group of friends on The Nuts Challenge.  

I have so far avoided looking at the website to see what I have let myself in for, but as far as I'm aware, the army assault course is over 7k with an obstacle every 100 metres....

In true Beth Nash style, I have left setting up a fundraising page until the last minute as the race is on Saturday - Argghh!!

I would be really really grateful if you could sponsor me, however much you can give would be wonderful.  I'm sure if I see anyone over the week after, you will be able to laugh at my inability to walk!
