I am taking part in the Hospice of the Valleys 30th Anniversary Chase the Christmas Pudding Festive Fun Run.I would be delighted if you could spare a moment and whatever you have to donate to this amazing cause. The Hospice needs our support now more than ever with the demand in services not gone away.Together we can help make a difference right now to so many other patients and their loved ones in very challenging and uncertain times. I’m sure many of you know I hate running and do not enjoy it, especially when it is cold outside! There are many people in Blaenau Gwent with life limiting illnesses that can do with all the support they can get, and your money will go towards this. As many of you may know my Mam works for this charity and they don’t get as many donations as the big charities do so I’m doing my bit to try and help. Thank you for your support! I would love to be able to raise £50,  this will pay for 1 hour of their CARIAD Activity Group, which supports patients to access weekly activities, reduce social isolation and brings their carers together for peer support or respite.
