In February 2014, I was in a very serious car accident. I was extremely lucky to have been helped by the East Anglian Air Ambulance and my family and I are all so grateful for their incredible work. 

We have decided to take part in various challenges to raise money for the charity: The Color Run at the Olympic Park in Sept 2014 and The Tough Mudder Challenge in Spring/Summer 2015. Mum and Dad are doing Stoptober in Autumn 2014 to raise money too!! 

It is a great cause and any donations are very much appreciated.
