If you know me you know I like a challenge, especially if someone says they think I can't do it 🤣

I don't expect to be fast, I expect it to be difficult but I will do this. 

And along the way I want to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK. My dad had Alzheimer's and passed away in 2015. I know so many people who have been, and will be affected. 

So this is for Dad, for mum and all she went through to care for and love him unconditionally. 

For all those wife's, husband's, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, the list is endless. 

I have chosen to do 50km on day 2 of this Ultra marathon.  One steeped in history and starting and finishing at the iconic Goodwood Racecourse. I have chosen the route which will take me last the iconic and beautiful Arundel Castle ... I'm a castle geek 🤩
