Soo I'm going to up my game and finally commit to running the London Marathon! I tried last year but injury got the better of me… we go again!

I have chosen to run for Cynthia Spencer because they are such an important local charity who many of us have been touched by in the past or will be touched by in the future. I and they would be so grateful of any donation as sponsorship.

Also any tips, advice or long run buddies would be much appreciated too!
