Ever the conscientious wonderful being that she is Bethany would like to raise awareness and money for a charity close to her heart. 

Our amazing, fun loving, kindhearted, beautiful cousin, Charlotte, has a life limiting condition called Cystic Fibrosis. 

During this time of uncertainty and isolation Charlotte is high risk. Not only this she is struggling with other side effects of CF. She is in and out of hospital and has been for many years. 

It's hard for anyone to be in hospital for long periods of time, away from home comforts, friends & family. With CF you are also confined to your own room to avoid cross infection, so along with dealing with whatever you are in there for, it can also become pretty lonely. So most of us can relate to the situation at the moment, but not quite on the same scale. 

Last summer Charlotte managed to run a 5K for the charity, but at the right now she is in complete isolation & Bethany wants to pay homage to Charlotte's efforts. As Beth is only 8 we have agreed to scale this down slightly to 3K, but she will be doing it everyday that she is allowed. 

So for the month of April, Bethany will be running 3K-a-day (unless COVID-19 dictates otherwise)
