We first learned about Safe Families and fostering in the Philadelphia area when a handful of families in our local homeschool group would randomly show up with new friends from time to time. We enjoyed getting to know, playing with, and praying for our new friends.  Ever since then, we've wanted to host or foster a child, but unfortunately we are a little too young to do that on our own. So we decided to do the next best thing - raise financial support for an organization that has been saving children since 1944.  Our youth group at Seven Mile Road Church is doing a 5K in late May.  Would you consider donating to our fundraiser?  Every dollar will go directly to Bethany Christian Services.  Any amount helps.
