I am running the London Marathon on April 22nd 2007 for Meningitus Trust, I chose this charity as my neice Niamh,  pictured with me got Meningitis when she was just 7 weeks old, she is one of the lucky ones and it was caught very quickly and after a week in Hospital pumped full of drugs she made a full recovery and is now a happy healthy fourteen month old , but we all know that she is one of the lucky ones, so the money raised will go to people not as lucky as Niamh.

LONDON MARATHON I DID IT  

On the hottest London Marathon in its history , I completed the course in 4 hours 20 mins, 13,749th out of 35,669 finishers, and I was 515th out of 10,854 in my age group.   It was tough but an amazing experience which I am very proud to have been part of.

Thankyou for all your support and donations it is very much appreciated.  I am hoping when it is all added up from here and elsewhere that I will have raised closed to £600.00
