My friend Anne Jones and I are two ladies in our eighty's running (or maybe walking) in The Race For Life Penzance 5K.  I'm taking part for Ivy, a very good friend and work colleague who died last year after a long and hard battle with cancer. If I can, in any small way,  help Cancer research find a cure, I will.

Anne is taking part to acknowledge the care and attention given to her in the Mermaid Centre and Sunrise Centre at Treliske Hospital during her battle with breast cancer, and to help support the cause for all Cancer sufferers.
