We provide support, community friendship, grants and more to those with, and families of those with, the rare genetic condition Cri du Chat Syndrome.

Story

Samuel who is my cousins son has been diagnosed with Cri du Chat Syndrome - a genetic condition that affects 1 in 35,000-50,000 children. It is rare.

Samuel and his parents (who are amazing) will face many obstacles. He may not walk or talk, and he has hearing and respiratory problems, most probably will have learning difficulties etc. The family are learning Makaton so they will be able to communicate with each other. He is a happy little warrior!!

For now I will raise money for the Support Group, in the future funds may be needed to buy equipment for Sam.

He is an amazing little boy and his parents are very special people.
