Our beautiful boy Gabriel was born 1st January 2014 and weighed 5lb 7oz. After a brave and courageous battle our baby boy very sadly slipped away and joined the Angels on the 15th May, at just four and half months old

Claire House gave Gabriel and us as a family the most incredible care and support, that we will never forget. It was second to none. Would you please help us to do what we can to support this special place, in ensuring that they can continue to care for children and families at their most desperate times

We honestly dont know what we would have done without Claire House and are eternally grateful for their unwavering love, care and support given to our precious baby boy!
