We are currently battling to remove the stigma of mental health issues and we wish to ensure that this is continued for generations to come…ideally if we can get early intervention in place for children with developing mental health struggles, we can not only help charities like this support children, but we could help remove the stigma so our children don’t have to live in a world where they are afraid of speaking up… 

I was bullied physically, emotionally and mentally as a child for 11 years and although this may not seem like a big deal,  it led to low self esteem and self belief, shattered confidence and early depression..and to have had a charity like this one to speak to could have made all the difference.. 

By donating to these types of charities we can reach more young minds and help them cope and deal with any issues they may face, or facing in life. 

As a mother myself, I believe early intervention is crucial for children, as their brains are still developing and they are still learning to regulate their emotions, and with charities such as this one we can ensure they always have someone to talk to in confidence and guide them through. I will always be an ear for my daughter and I will support her through whatever she may face unconditionally, but not all children have a parent that’s willing/able to do the same… and it’s these children I wish to fight for.
