We support research at St Mark's Hospital to drive clinical improvements for patients

Story

Hi,

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I am, for the first time ever going to attempt to run 10km on the

12th July 2009!

All proceeds will go to St. Marks Hospital who will use these funds to better equip themselves in order to treat people with this serious illness.

The reason that I have chosen this particular organisation is because I am proud to be working for the Northwest London Hospitals Trusts. St. Marks is one of the hospitals that falls under the same trust and fundamentally is the world’s first specialist bowel disease hospital.

St Mark's Hospital Foundation raises money to fund research and training into colo-rectal disease - bowel cancer, polyposis, IBD, Crohns, etc. It is one of the world's only specialist hospital for these disorders, with a 150-year history of leadership. The work done at St Mark's benefits patients all over the world.

It would be greatly appreciated if all of you could donate as much as you can for this very worthy cause.

Than you for visiting my fundraising page.
