Hello friends and family from around the world.

For those of you who don’t know I had a traumatic brain injury 6 years ago now. After that I was sent on an unbelievable journey for 8 months in recovery. Learning how to talk and walk properly again but the hardest thing was getting my personality back.

At first it was a massive challenge to be sociable with people, understand my surroundings, recognize places and remember faces of friends. Which is a massive deal when your living/traveling the other side of the world and friends and places are your life.

Through what felt like endless hours in a balance between training and resting, I managed to feel like my self again it was a feeling I will never forget. It has given me an epic wake up call to those who are around us that suffer with mental health.

I went through so many mental struggles and still do, so much of my journey I had to do on my own. But because of the charity MIND there are thousands of people that don’t have to be on there own in there journey.

I'm doing a 100km continuous run to raise money for this charity so we can all help as many people out there as possible through them.
