CARE 24 Peaks Challenge · 3 September 2005 to 4 September 2005 ·

CARE International is a humanitarian organisation leading the fight to end poverty in the world’s most challenging situations. Women and girls are at the centre of our work, because we cannot overcome poverty until all people have equal rights and opportunities.

Story

Welcome to our sponsorship page. We are five members of the Barclays Internal Audit team and we are attempting CARE International's toughest challenge - the 24 Peaks - in September 2005.

This challenge involves climbing 24 Lake District Peaks in 24hours. We are looking to build on our completion of the 3 Peaks Challenge last year - and to further contribute to CARE's good work in the UK and abroad.

We are all grateful for your support last year, and now we ask you to continue your generosity and support us again. This year's challenge is even tougher, so we'll need even more encouragement to complete it!

To add to your generosity, our employer Barclays plc will double the amount we raise.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: CARE International UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So please sponsor us now! Many thanks for your support. Paul Greenwood Karl Deakes Phil Culleton John Shaw Roger Craig Mission Complete pictures: http://www.pculleto.f2s.com/24Peaks
