I will be doing the British 10K London Run next Sunday 14th July 2013.

This will be my first ever sponsored run and I'm not much of a runner so reaching the finish line will be a great personal achievement!

The Wings of Hope is a children's charity which provides access to free education and support for poor and orphaned children in the developing world.
